Affordable Baby Gear – It Really is Affordable!

A huge deterrent for most parents in purchasing re-usable diapers is the initial cost and the cleaning process.
When it came to the birth of my first son, I was determined to go the ‘green’ way and I did.
I purchased 13 cloth diapers, paper liners and cloth liners and then, away I went.
When my son outgrew the diapers at around 6 months, due to his baby fat and not to mention,
the uncooperative husband (when it came to cloth diapers), I was forced into switching over to disposable diapers.
To this day, I still use disposables, but every time I throw out that tightly, rolled up diaper into the trash can,
every part of me wishes that I had continued with cloth diapers.  Now, that I have discovered Affordable Baby Gear,
I think I just might switch over to cloth, for the last bit that my son will be in diapers and
transition into a fully toilet-trained, toddler.

The cobalt blue training pants with white stars, that was kindly given to me to sample by Mompreneur,
Miriam Miller, owner of Affordable Baby Gear (and mother of one to Isabella), was well received in this household.
How could they not?  With cool patterns that your toddler will love pulling on and off,
they’ll definitely be one step closer to going to the potty on their own!
Why not, pick up a variety of different colored cloth diapers for your newborn,
toddler or give the gift, that new parents will thank you for in the end.  With a $7/diaper price tag,
your leftover pennies can be used on something other than baby.  No more running out of diapers.
All you need is a week’s worth, a pail, some laundry detergent and you’re on your way to leading a ‘greener’ lifestyle.
